Hey, writers! Those of you subscribed to Narratively.com hopefully saw that we recently announced the grand prize winner of the 2025 Narratively Memoir Prize and published Andrew Printer’s winning story, “My Absolutely Chaotic Adventures at Sea During the Summer of 1984,” last week.
Help us celebrate this win — and chat with us about the art of personal essay writing — by joining us for a virtual live party this Thursday, April 16, at 7 p.m. ET.
Andrew will read an excerpt from his essay aloud, there will be a Q&A with the Narratively team and an opportunity to be published on Narratively via a very special flash contest for participants.
