Welcome to the Writers’ Room! If you’re here, writing is probably important to you — but we know all too well that carving out the space to actually sit down and put fingers to the keyboard isn’t always easy. Plus, writing can be a pretty solitary practice. This is why we’ve created this virtual space — so we can write in community. Join us every Wednesday morning from 8-9 a.m. ET (and now, from 8-9 a.m. PT too!) to write alongside other writers, share what you’re working on, get inspiration and be held accountable. We can’t wait to see you!

Extra Help! Plus, on the last Wednesday of each month, paid members are invited to stay late for a half-hour of “Extra Help” time where you get to run any pressing writing questions by one of Narratively’s editors. Wondering when to write your essay in present tense versus past, want to talk through a short scene and get some advice on it, just need a pep talk about why you should stay in it? We’re here for you! Just join either Writers’ Room on the last Wednesday and stay on at 9am for Extra Help.
