Last Call to Join "How to Launch Your Book"
This three-hour seminar will guide you through the many pathways to promoting your book, especially if you’re an early-career writer without a large platform or promotional machine behind you.
Happy Monday, writers! It was wonderful to see so many of you on our live video about how to get a book deal without an agent last week. (If you missed it, the recording is available here.)
Hope to see many of your beautiful writerly faces again this Wednesday in Writers’ Room—and a quick reminder that the deadline to submit to our new flash essay contest is today.
And this Saturday, March 28 is the debut of a brand new class for us: Launching a Book and Reaching Your Readers—Without a Large PR Budget. In this three-hour seminar, Namrata Poddar will guide writers through the many pathways to launch a book, especially for early-career authors who have neither a large platform nor access to a large budget—their own or their publisher’s—to pay for promotion services.
This three-hour workshop takes place on Saturday, March 28, from 12pm to 3pm ET. For more details and to sign up, visit the class page here.

I'd love to take this class, but I will be busy out of town on March 28th. If it goes well, I hope you will offer it again in the spring. Thank you!
